Policies

At MY Integrated Body I aim to create a calm, respectful and healing space where you feel welcomed, heard, and free to explore your body at your own pace. These policies help hold that space with clarity and care.
Appointment and booking
Sessions are by appointment only — this time is set aside just for you. When you book, that space becomes a shared pause in the day to tune into your body and begin the work with intention.
If you’re unsure which session best supports you, or want to talk through your questions before booking, I’m always happy to help you choose what feels right.
Cancellations and rescheduling
I understand that life shifts and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. This helps honour the time we’ve set aside together and keeps the schedule fair and available for others.
Space of respect
The work here unfolds best in an environment of mutual respect, calm, and curiosity.
I strive to offer a safe, warm, and welcoming space — non-judgemental and attentive to you as a whole person. You’re invited to bring your questions, sensations, and honest feedback into the session; this helps us move together with clarity and trust.
In return, I ask that you arrive with an open mind, respect the boundaries of the work and the therapeutic space, and communicate your needs clearly. If anything feels uncomfortable, unclear, or not quite right, please speak up — your experience and consent are essential.
Likewise, I reserve the right to pause or discontinue a session if the space is not respected in a way that keeps the work safe and supportive for everyone involved.
This shared understanding helps the work stay grounded, respectful, and focused on what matters most: your body, your experience, and your wellbeing.
If you have any questions about these policies, or want to discuss something before booking, I’m here to chat — just reach out.
