Policies
At MY Integrated Body, I aim to create a calm, respectful space where you feel welcomed, heard, and able to settle into your body at your own pace. These policies simply help hold that space with clarity and care.
Appointment and booking
Sessions are by appointment only. This time is set aside just for you — a quiet pause in the day to check in with your body and begin the work with intention.
If you’re unsure which session might suit you, or would like to talk through a few questions before booking, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I’m happy to help you choose what feels most appropriate for where you are.
Cancellations and rescheduling
I understand that life shifts and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed altogether, may be charged in full. This helps honour the time we’ve set aside and keeps the schedule fair and available for others.
A respectful therapeutic space
The work here unfolds best in an atmosphere of mutual respect, calm, and curiosity.
I aim to offer a space that is warm, non-judgemental, and attentive to you as a whole person. You’re invited to share your questions, sensations, and honest feedback during the session. This helps the work move with clarity and trust.
In return, I ask that you respect the boundaries of the work and the therapeutic space, and communicate your needs clearly. If anything feels uncomfortable, unclear, or not quite right, please let me know. Your comfort and consent are essential.
